Education insiders are speculating that the Inner City Education Foundation (ICEF) is headed in the opposite direction of success. The public school system, attached to former Los Angeles Mayor Richard Riordan, is feared to be going under. How could this happen, again?

Sources say other organizations are gearing up to take over the schools under the ICEF umbrella. A local thrift store, in Inglewood, CA, has sold Lou Danztler related school items for the last two years.
Another charter school system, attached to the former mayor, Alliance, have employees in a bitter dispute with their leadership over the ability to form a union.
