Compton teachers protested in front of various school board members’ homes, this Memorial Day, to demand raises and other incentives, while refusing to increase student achievement. Of those members, 2 Urban Girls can confirm, Margie Garret and Skyy Fisher’s homes were visited.[adsenseyu2]
Reached by telephone, Compton Governing Board Member Skyy Fisher says he believes the teachers are willing to bankrupt the district in order to get these things done.
With declining enrollment an issue, Fisher finds their demand outrageous, considering; teachers have refused to make concessions, which include: performing at a higher level to meet the student’s needs
2 Urban Girls also reached the Compton School Board President Micah Ali who vehemently supports the collective bargaining process and teachers desire for reduced class size.
A regular school board meeting is scheduled tomorrow, May 26, 2015, at 5pm at district headquarters located at 501 S. Santa Fe Avenue, Compton, 90221.

This just goes to show there is something that cannot be learned in a classroom and that is class. To protest in font of someone’s home is asinine, in poor taste and gets you nowhere.
You should really learn to spell you insults before you write them down, spelling is also something your supposed to learn in school.
