Ted and Glenda Brass are icons in the real estate business in Inglewood, CA. The lively couple are owners of Brass and Brass Enterprises LLC. The Brass’ were appointed by City of Inglewood Councilmember Alex Padilla to two commission seats.
Ted Brass was appointed to the Construction Appeals Commission.
Glenda Brass was appointed to the Housing Advisory Commission.
They will both serve as District 2 representatives through 2017.
The Brass’ were part of the development team for 527 Regent St, a workforce housing development.
Ted Brass founded a program called “Exit With Dignity” which encourages owners in foreclosure to short sale their house instead of going through the modification process. Homeowners receive a cash payout to leave.
Inglewood residents have long complained at city council meetings about the high number of investor owned properties throughout the city.
Glenda Brass is listed as the owner of 330 E. Queen Street, which houses the Inglewood Airport Area Chamber of Commerce, which was recently renovated.
