Teen from Rancho Palos Verdes appointed to state Board of Education

untitledA sixteen year old from Rancho Palos Verdes was given full voting power on the state of California Board of EducationGovernor Jerry Brown appointed Academy of Math and Science student Jesse Zhang.  If confirmed by the senate, Zhang will be the student representative.

I wonder how Zhang will vote when this issue comes up?
