Inglewood City Council opts to adopt Champions Revitalization Initiative themselves

In front of a capacity crowd and four hours after the beginning of the Inglewood City Council meeting, Mayor Butts and the council  unanimously voted 5-0 to adopt the Champions Revitalization initiative and as mainstream media describes it, bypasses public vote.
