School Success and Opportunity Act is law thanks to Gov Jerry Brown

The School Success and Opportunity Act allows transgender kids in CA public schools to use the restroom and play sports in the gender they identify with.  Does this mean that urinals will now be installed in the girls bathroom?  Who will foot the bill for these renovations when the schools can barely afford to keep the teachers?

Has Gov Jerry Brown gone too far?  Why would the state assembly pass this bill and not one that addresses the contamination of our groundwater?  Can parents sue to stop this from taking effect?

Transgender issues in school came to light when 6-year-old Coy Mathis, from Colorado, was denied the ability to use the girls bathroom at his school.  The courts have ruled he can use the girls bathroom as that is what he identifies with.  Are the parents to blame or does God make mistakes when he makes you a boy but you think you are a girl (and vice versa)?
