The Los Cerritos News recently revealed Rob Katherman’s affiliation with the “Coalition for Clean Affordable Water” with the sole purpose of influencing elections. Anjel Gonzales, former aide to newly elected Compton city councilmember Isaac Galvan, who campaigned on lowering the cities water bills, was also attached to this coalition.
According to the Signal Tribune,  campaign-finance records detail how the committee spent $250 to support Compton Council candidate Isaac Galvan and $500 to a bi-partisan political group. In total, Coalition for Clean Affordable Water received $6,500 during the six-month time period, including a $2,000 loan from RGM, LLC.
