Inglewood High School is hosting a fundraiser for Markeis Parish

The Inglewood Unified School District announced a car wash will take place this Saturday, July 27th from 12-5pm, to help raise funds to cover the burial costs of Inglewood High School student, Markeis Parish.

Markeis was an Inglewood High student who was attempting to cross the intersection of Crenshaw Blvd and 78th Place to return home.  Tragically, a reckless driver, speeding down the street, hit Markeis and killed him.

If you can make it out to get your car washed or to just leave a donation, the family would truly appreciate it.

A special thank you to Inglewood USD and Inglewood High School principal Debbie Tate for hosting the event at Inglewood High School.  Details are listed on the flyer below.
