Skyy D. Fisher appears at his arraignment in a San Diego courtroom with his lawyer

Sentencing for former Compton school board trustee Skyy Fisher, was scheduled to take place today, in a San Diego courtroom at 9:00 am.  According to sources within the San Diego County District Attorney’s office, sentencing was continued.  Prosecuting attorney Lisa Fox was not available for comment.

Fisher was convicted last month of orally copulating “Steven” during a weekend getaway to San Diego.

Times of San Diego reported that the victim “Steven” stopped to buy condoms before returning to a hotel room with Fisher, however, during the trial, test results revealed, more than one DNA on the victims genitalia.

The victim has been described in court documents as “Steven” and told investigators he befriended Fisher, to gain employment with Compton Unified School District (CUSD).  “Steven” has since secured a position in CUSD and we can confirm that “Steven” is his real name.

Since the allegations became public, Fisher has come out as a member of the LGBT community.

Felony other motion hearing is scheduled for March 29, 2016 and sentencing hearing is scheduled for April 18, 2016, in Department 23 at the San Diego Superior Court, Central Division, County Courthouse.

Poor Skyy, he’s so confused that he had committed so many errors and laughed it off! But he’s a grown man and he was a trustee on the Compton Unified School Board. Thank God He Was caught before he assaulted a young boy in the schools.
Too bad the City didn’t come forth with Charles Davis’ sexual harrassnent suits so he could be gone, too

Joyce, there are a lot of people who should be gone. We have to thank “Steven” for doing the right thing.
