Campaign Office Opening: Curren D. Price Jr.

imagesCurren De Mille Price, Jr. is from Inglewood, Ca and current senator for the California State Senate, representing the state’s 26th Senate District.  He won the May 19, 2009 special election to fill the seat vacated by Mark Ridley-Thomas. He previously served as a member of the California State Assembly, representing the state’s 51st Assembly District. He was the 1st African-American elected as school student body president over at Morningside High School and the former City Councilmember of Inglewood representing District 1.  He is now running for L.A. City Council to represent the 9th District which Jan Perry currently represents.  His field office is opening tomorrow in Los Angeles and you are invited to attend.
