Lynn Dymally appointed to Water Replenishment District board

imagesThe LA Times is reporting on City Councilman for the 9th District of Los Angeles, Curren Price Jr. hiring Rob Katherman to his staff.  Katherman is currently the president of the Water Replenishment District, who recently appointed Lynn Dymally to the board.

Many are questioning Price’s inability to abstain from voting on items that may pose a conflict of interest.  Others have also speculated on Price’s endorsement of Dymally to the WRD on the sheer basis that he liked her father Mervyn.  Price said he wasn’t aware of any of Lynn Dymally’s past transgressions, but I digress.

In the late 80’s she was on the board of trustees who were ruining the Compton School Board which ultimately put the district in state receivership.

See what happens when we have to rely on “experience” instead of who is most qualified.

Hopefully the LA Times, LA Wave, KPCC, Daily Breeze, Herald Publications, Inglewood Today, Our Weekly, LA Weekly, LA Sentinel/LA Watts Times, PACE news, and the Morningside Park Chronicle are preparing to bring fresh faces to the forefront.

Were is the next generation?  Its getting boring talking about these same politicians screwing over the residents.  Pilfering from city to city.  To add insult to injury, we all know they aren’t about nothing, but keep putting them in office to keep the seat “black”.

Have you seen this movie?
